  • Responsible for oversight of a team of logistics specialists ensuring that all daily tasks are completed in accordance with customer-specific and/or team-specific standard operating procedures.

  • The Operations Manager will focus on internal process improvements that enable operation efficiencies and profitability. This role is responsible for establishing internal team productivity metrics and holding team accountable to meeting production targets, SOP compliance and service expectations.

  • Human resources to champion employee engagement, recruitment, and professional development initiatives.

  • Oversee end-to-end claims process

Senior Business Development & Account Manager

  • Continue to build on your previous logistics sales skills

  • Prospect, acquire, and expand Mid-Market & Major clients to drive Zeal growth

  • Become an expert in all modes of Zeal's service offerings, our business model, customer specific solutions, and our collaborative software

  • Respond to sales inquiries and use your knowledge of the market to provide strategic pricing, offer capacity, and provide innovative solutions to our clients needs

  • Be a team player by collaborating with our Client Success and Carrier Sales teams to expand each account while offering best-in-class support

  • Travel as required to new and prospective clients, conduct quarterly business reviews, and expand relationships 

  • Take advantage of professional development courses that will complement your industry mastery.

Carrier Sales Representative

  • Focus on building new relationships with carrier partners across the country.

  • Manage the carrier partners that you secured during the training program as you introduce new relationships to your portfolio.

  • Sharpen your negotiation and customer service skills alongside your Carrier Sales team and manager.

  • Build internal relationships with our Business Development team members and work together to find the best solution for their clients.

  • Emphasize service – you will be measured on KPIs like on-time deliveries and proactive tracking.

  • Earn industry certifications that will prepare you for different types of service offerings.
